CBT in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking Beauty Adviser to join a global luxury beauty brand. You will deliver exceptional service and expert product guidance to customers across live chat, email, phone, and social channels, ensuring a premium shopping experience.

This full-time, temporary role offers 40 hours per week with shifts from 08:00 to 20:00, in a modern, multicultural Lisbon office (Nations). Training provided; English proficiency required; start date 16/10; potential for renewal and

Qualificações

• Native Dutch speaker with B2 level English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong empathy and customer orientation.
• Good IT skills and ability to multitask using multiple tools efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers via live chat, email, phone, webforms, and social media.
• Offer expert product advice on skincare, beauty routines, and cosmetics.
• Support e-commerce inquiries: returns, deliveries, refunds, and order tracking.
• Advise on product alternatives, ingredients, and usage tips.
• Manage customer data requests (GDPR, newsletters, data breaches).
• Handle health-related case (HRC) reports with confidentiality.
• Resolve complaints and provide empathetic solutions in a timely manner.
