TP PORTUGAL is seeking a Customer Care professional in Porto for a prestige beauty brand. You will respond to inquiries across live chat, email, phone, and social media, delivering precise information and high‑quality service.

Required are fluent German (C2) and strong English (C2/B2), plus empathy, teamwork, and a customer‑oriented mindset. Relocation and meal allowances are provided to support your onboarding.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat, phone, emails, web forms or social media.
• Address information requests and complaints with accurate, timely solutions.
• Provide product advice and beauty guidance in a professional manner.
• Assist with returns, deliveries, refunds and related queries (ECOM).
• Offer care guidance and product recommendations.
• Maintain customer data and ensure GDPR compliance where applicable.
• Log and report health-related or safety concerns as required.

What you'll do

• Customer contact via live chat, phone, E-mails, web forms or Social Media 1:1);
• Manage consumer requests relating to Information and complaints;
• Provide excellent solutions, and service;
• Provide product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner;
• ECOM advice (questions related to returns, deliveries or refunds);
• Care advice (questions related to products, product alternatives or product specifics);
• Database maintenance (questions related to GDPR, unsubscribing from newsletters, data breaches);
• HRC (registration of reports about health-related conditions).

What you'll need

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills inGerman (C2);
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
• Excellent communication skills, empathy & high focus on customer satisfaction;
• Customer orientation, problem solving skills, teamwork;
• Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective;
• Availability to work on shifts;
• Prior experience in Cosmetics and Luxury sector is a plus;
• Knowledge and experience with digital and social media.
