Job summary

Inetum Portugal is seeking a Cloud Support Infrastructure Expert to provide L1/L2 support for banking apps in a 24/7 environment. You will monitor health, troubleshoot incidents, and support deployments while developing automation with Ansible, Terraform, Python, and Bash.

We require 5+ years in IT operations or SRE, strong Linux and scripting skills, experience with CI/CD, IaC, Docker/K8s, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP/IBM Cloud). Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Operations, Application Support, SRE, or Software Engineering.
• Linux environments with CLI and scripting.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
• Solid experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/Travis/Concourse).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP/IBM Cloud).
• Experience designing, deploying, and automating scalable and resilient infra.
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for banking applications in a 24/7 environment.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health to ensure high availability.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLAs.
• Support production deployments, releases and change management.
• Develop and maintain automation using Ansible, Terraform, Python, and Bash.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Collaborate with global technology and business teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement for reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base.
