Inetum is seeking an experienced Application Support & Automation Engineer to join an international banking-focused team in Lisbon. You will provide L1/L2 support, troubleshoot incidents, and drive automation using Ansible, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.

This hybrid role emphasizes reliability, DR/testing, and continuous improvement, in Lisbon with 50% remote work. 5+ years in IT ops or software engineering and hands-on cloud experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT Operations or Software Engineering experience.
• 2+ years hands-on with a cloud provider (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure or GCP).
• 2+ years with Ansible and Docker.
• Experience with Linux CLI and scripting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide application support for critical banking solutions.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and operational activities.
• Participate in on-call rotations and shift-based support.
• Monitor performance, availability, and stability of apps.
• Develop Ansible playbooks and Terraform scripts for automation.
• Containerize legacy applications and support Docker/Kubernetes environments.
• Train team members on automation and infrastructure topics.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
