Consort Group in Lisbon, Portugal, is looking for a Cloud Application Production Support Engineer (M/F) to ensure stability and automation across critical banking applications in cloud/hybrid environments. You will build and maintain Ansible playbooks and Terraform scripts, containerize legacy apps, and drive CI/CD, DR testing, and production support with on-call rotations.

Fluent English, 5+ years in IT Operations/DevOps, and strong automation mindset are required to thrive in this senior role

Qualificações

• 5+ years in IT Operations, Production Support, DevOps or Cloud Engineering environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L1/L2 Application Production Support for critical banking applications.
• Handle incidents, service requests and production troubleshooting activities.
• Participate in shift rotations and on-call support.
• Monitor production environments and ensure platform stability.
• Support production releases and post-deployment validations.
• Participate in DR and Live Play exercises.
• Analyze root causes and implement preventive actions.
