Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Sales Development Representative focused on English-speaking B2B clients and agency partners. This on-site role involves outbound outreach, onboarding support, building lasting relationships, and guiding advertisers to success on our platform.

You will engage directly with advertisers and agencies, manage multiple campaigns, and communicate effectively to overcome objections while delivering data-driven performance insights.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising or ad tech.
• Experience with direct outreach and onboarding.
• Strong communication and objection handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client relationships.
• English proficiency C1–C2.

Responsabilidades

• Reach out to new Direct advertisers and Agencies.
• Support onboarding and activation of clients.
• Help advertisers feel confident using our platform via outbound calls.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Drive advertising success across business segments.
• Cooperate with agencies to scale impact across clients.
• Coordinate across internal and agency teams.
• Handle objections and provide performance consultations.
• Develop proposals and deliver closed-loop reporting.
• Analyze data and optimize performance with a data-driven mindset.
