Innopath Consulting Lda seeks a French-Speaking B2B Customer Service Representative to join a leading payment solutions provider in Lisbon, Portugal. You will support business clients in French and English, helping them leverage a comprehensive business technology platform.

The role is on-site in Lisbon with 24/7 rotational schedules, relocation support, and shared accommodation options. You will develop your B2B support and communication skills while delivering professional service across

Qualificações

• Fluent French and English proficiency.
• High School diploma is mandatory.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-oriented contact centre role.
• Strong computer and technical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Professional, helpful, and friendly communication style.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to gather information efficiently.
• Ability to explain and communicate information clearly.
• Previous customer support experience in sectors such as retail, banking, or other customer service environments is valued.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in resolving customer concerns.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent written, email, phone, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to change and rotational schedules, including night shifts.
• Candidates must have, or be able to obtain, a Portuguese NIF and NISS, as required for employment and health insurance enrollment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional B2B customer support in French and English.
