Qualificações

• Fluent in French and English for B2B support.
• High School diploma required.
• At least 6 months in a customer-oriented contact centre role.
• Strong computer and technical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent written, email, phone and organizational skills.
