Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Spanish-speaking B2B Customer Support Specialist to join our client's dynamic international team. You will support business clients by delivering excellent service via email, chat, and phone.

You will resolve inquiries and account issues in Spanish and English, maintain strong relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes. Relocation support is offered where applicable.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish (C1/C2) and English (B2+)
• Experience in customer support or account management, ideally in a B2B environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
