Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking motivated Spanish speakers to join our customer service team onsite. You will be the frontline voice representing top international brands, delivering an exceptional customer experience every day.

We look for fluent Spanish (C2) and good English (B1), with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Full training is provided and you must be eligible to work in Portugal to be onsite in Lisbon.

• Fluency in Spanish (C2) and good command of English (B1).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Full training provided!
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate product/service information, resolve questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and elevate complex cases to the relevant department.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Uphold a positive, solution‑oriented approach to every customer interaction.
• Collaborate with team members and share best practices to continually improve the service.

What We Are Looking For
