Code for All_ Group is seeking a Project Manager to join our Corporate Training unit and drive AI upskilling programs for corporate and institutional clients. You will manage training initiatives end-to-end, coordinating with Sales, Delivery and client stakeholders to ensure programs are clearly scoped and delivered on time.

This client-facing, execution-focused role requires someone who is structured, proactive, and comfortable owning programs from post-sale handover through to completion.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of Project Management, Consulting, Startup Operations, or other delivery-focused roles.
• Experience managing multi-workstream projects with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Structured and execution-driven, in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication in English and Portuguese.
• Based in Lisbon with a hybrid work model.

Responsabilidades

• Own End-to-End Program Delivery for corporate training initiatives.
• Lead operational program execution across all phases and stakeholders.
• Manage governance and stakeholder relationships with clients and partners.
• Drive program impact by collecting feedback and refining the participant journey.
