Code for All_Group seeks a Project Manager to join our Corporate Training unit in Lisbon, driving AI upskilling programs for corporate and institutional clients. You will shepherd programs from post-sale handover through delivery, coordinating Sales, Delivery and client stakeholders to ensure clear scope and smooth execution.

In this client-facing, execution-focused role, you will own governance, manage timelines and risks, and ensure compliance with funding and reporting requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Project Management, Consulting, Startup Operations, or delivery-focused roles.
• Experience managing multi-workstream projects with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Structured and execution-driven, comfortable in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Own End-to-End Program Delivery: manage corporate training programs from post-sale handover to completion.
• Lead large-scale training initiatives with institutional and external stakeholders.
• Translate commercial commitments into structured plans with scope, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Manage operational program execution across all phases and ensure alignment across teams.
