Code For All is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead AI upskilling programs for corporate clients in Lisbon. You will coordinate Sales, Delivery and client stakeholders to ensure clear scoping and successful execution, from handover to completion.

The role emphasizes governance, operations and hands-on delivery in a fast-moving B2B EdTech environment, with a hybrid work model and direct reporting to the B2B Unit Leader.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Project Management, Consulting, Startup Operations, or delivery-focused roles.
• Experience managing multi-workstream projects with diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsabilidades

• Own End-to-End Program Delivery: manage corporate training programs from post-sale handover through successful completion.
• Lead large-scale training initiatives in coordination with institutional and external stakeholders.
• Translate commercial commitments into structured plans, managing scope, timelines, risks and dependencies.
