Siemens Global Business Services is seeking an AI Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end AI projects, bridging business and technology. You will guide backlog planning, ensure timely delivery, and align solutions with business goals across stakeholders.

The role requires 7+ years in project management for AI/Data projects, strong PMI-PMBoK knowledge, and excellent English. Hybrid work model with global collaboration and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/DS/IT or related field required.
• Minimum 7+ years in project management within AI, data analytics, or digital transformation.
• At least 3+ years as PM for AI/ML projects with agile delivery.
• Experience managing delivery budgets and business stakeholders.
• PMI-PMBoK knowledge; PMI certification highly valued.
• Strong English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Manage AI project execution to meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including data scientists, AI engineers, and analysts.
• Coordinate internal teams, external providers, and partners; drive agile delivery.
