Lufthansa LGSP in Porto is expanding its Competence Center and seeks Aviation Support Specialists to join a highly international team. The role focuses on providing specialized support to travel agencies and B2B partners, managing bookings and ticketing with accuracy, and collaborating with a global network of airports.

The position offers on-site, full-time employment starting with an intensive training program and exposure to international travel operations within one of the world’s leading

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German (mandatory).
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Strong interest in the aviation industry and global travel operations.
• Previous experience in support or administrative roles is valued but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation system.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized support to travel agencies and B2B partners through multiple channels.
• Manage bookings, changes, and ticketing processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Support a global network of airports and partners.
• Assess requests, priorities, and operational requirements promptly.
• Work with multiple aviation systems and platforms; collaborate with international teams.
• Ensure compliance with global processes, policies, and standards.
• Contribute feedback to continuously improve processes and tools.
• Participate in training sessions and updates on systems, suppliers, and industry best practices.
