Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Specialist to support passengers through the travel journey. You will handle bookings, answer questions, and resolve issues via phone, email, and live chat.

The role requires fluency in German and English, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and a client-focused mindset. Onsite work with meal & transportation support, health & life insurance, and relocation assistance are offered.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Support passengers with flight bookings, reservation changes, cancellations, and general travel inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about flight schedules, baggage policies, check-in procedures, required travel documents, and airline services.
• Address and resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Escalate complex, urgent, or sensitive cases in line with company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
• Meet defined service quality standards, productivity goals, and response-time targets.
• Keep up to date with travel regulations, airline procedures, service updates, and industry developments through continuous training.
