Jac Products in Portugal seeks a Sales Assistant to support the Director Sales and KAMs with daily duties, travel organization, meeting prep, and presentations. You will handle customer-related administration, RFQ tracking, cost tracking, and after-sales offers, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires fluent English and Portuguese, willingness to learn German, strong business writing, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualificações

• Min. 3 years' work experience within a plastic industry or tier 1 automotive company.
• Sales/Key account Assistant experience of min. 1 year
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Multi-task orientated

Responsabilidades

• Organize customer meetings and prepare presentations for Tech Reviews and related presentations with the Program and KAM Manager.
• Maintain steady contact with customers regarding new or ongoing RFQ processes to support all KAMs.
• Keep record for RFQ activities and communicate with Director Sales regularly.
• Track quote due dates and assist to prepare technical reviews/BOM with Product Development and Program Manager.
• Support to keep records of aftersales, tooling payments and POs for running programs and assist Controlling.
• Support all after sales activities including cost calculations and quote submission.
• Collaborate with program management to track program data and customer information.
• Provide administrative support including telephone coverage, mail handling, and internal/external communications.
