BYD Iberia is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to ensure a seamless, customer-centric experience across the journey. You will be the main contact for customers, coordinating with dealers and internal teams to resolve issues and strengthen satisfaction.

In this role you will manage inquiries across channels, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with Sales, Aftersales, and Service to improve processes. Travel may be required as part of business initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in Customer Care, Customer Service, CRM, Aftersales, or Automotive is a plus.
• Strong customer focus, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, proactive, responsive, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, requests, and complaints across different channels.
• Ensure timely and effective case management and follow-up, keeping customers informed throughout their journey.
• Manage and maintain accurate customer information and case updates through CRM platforms.
• Work closely with Sales, Aftersales, Service, Dealers, and other internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and recurring issues, sharing insights to improve processes and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for process and service improvements and support their implementation.
• Monitor customer and market trends to anticipate evolving expectations.
• Represent BYD as a customer-focused brand ambassador, ensuring a professional and consistent customer experience.
• Participate in occasional business trips, meetings, and customer care initiatives.
