Kngloo España is seeking a results-driven Channel Development professional to expand the automotive dealer network in the Portuguese market. You will identify, recruit, and onboard dealers with solid financials and strong sales potential, and lead negotiations to secure favorable contracts.

You will own sales targets for the dealer network, cascade them to partners, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to improve volume, conversion rates, and inventory turnover.

Qualificações

• Experience in automotive channel sales and dealer development.
• Familiarity with dealership systems and regional distribution structures.
• Proven track record in expanding dealer networks and improving channel performance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop dealership channels in the Portuguese market for the company’s automotive brands.
• Identify, evaluate, and recruit dealers; lead negotiations and signings to accelerate market expansion.
