BYD Iberia is seeking a Regional After Sales Representative for Passenger Cars to strengthen the dealer network and maintain high after-sales service levels across the territory.

You will be the main BYD after-sales contact for dealers, ensuring service procedures are followed and driving mutual satisfaction. English proficiency is mandatory; Chinese is a plus. Willingness to travel ~25% is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in automotive/E-mobility in an importer or OEM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (mandatory). Chinese is a plus.
• High level of attention to detail, time management and accuracy.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Valid EU driver’s license and willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsabilidades

• Support the dealer network, focusing on high quality and mutual satisfaction; act as BYD after-sales contact person.
• Ensure implementation of BYD aftersales commercial policies and after-sales standards.
• Monitor dealer aftersales business plans and activities to achieve objectives.
• Secure dealer network quality through training, tooling, and supportive materials; collaborate with BYD HQ for reporting.
• Introduce and deploy BYD Aftersales IT systems/platforms (DMS, LMS, TIS) across dealers.
• Plan and organize regular dealer visits, meetings, and workshops within the region.
• Assist dealer after-sales management to optimize customer satisfaction and VoC with call-center setup.
• Collaborate with spare parts, technical support, and warranty teams on issue handling and training; align with other areas (Sales, Marketing, Product).
