Job summary

Hotel Infante Sagres in Porto, opening late 2026, seeks a restaurant supervisor to lead the venue under Experimental’s hospitality group. You will oversee operations, manage a team, and ensure guests receive exceptional service in a landmark setting.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will mentor staff, uphold health and safety standards, and manage payroll, inventory, and supplier orders while delivering a warm Portuguese-English guest experience and driving upselling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or similar venue.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Proactive, autonomous and adaptable mindset.
• Excellent hospitality and guest service focus; bilingual Portuguese/English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations ensuring smooth service and high quality standards.
• Train and supervise the restaurant team, drive upselling and staff development.
• Monitor payroll, inventory, and reporting; manage orders and supplier relations.
