Job summary

Randstad SSC is recruiting for a client, a renowned bank, to fill an Asset Servicing Officer role on a 3-month contract with possible extension. You will oversee asset servicing processes, including dividends and coupons, and provide strategic direction for the function.

You will lead reconciliations, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and coordinate with external institutions. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills are essential, with English mandatory and French a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in a financial role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency; French is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset servicing processes including dividends and coupons.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of asset servicing activities.
• Lead reconciliations and maintain transaction records.
• Coordinate with external parties for smooth asset servicing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
• Mentor junior team members and support senior management.
• Act as Team Leader backup for project follow-ups and controls.
