Randstad Portugal is recruiting for a renowned bank, seeking a Senior Collateral Management Officer. The role involves calculating margin calls, reconciling portfolios, and coordinating with Settlement, Front-Office, and Risk teams.

You will manage counterparty requests across FO, GSF, Risk, and advisory activities, monitor cash items, and respond to internal department needs, primarily by email or file generation.

Qualificações

• Higher education degree in finance/financial markets.
• At least 5 years of experience in the financial world, especially collateral management.
• Proficient with AI tools and the Office suite.
• Good understanding of market activities and products.
• Strong knowledge of FO to BO processing chain.
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
• Good knowledge of English and French (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

your role: Calculation of margin calls, sending and receiving notifications, exchanges with counterparties, ensure settlement of cash and securitiesflows.

• Reconciliation of portfolios with counterparties, including analysis and monitoring of discrepancies in collaboration with the Settlement / Front-Office / Middle-Office / Risk teams.
• Management of various requests from your counterparties and other internal departments related to FO, Global Securities Financing, Risk and Global Capital Market Advisory activities.
• You will monitor and resolve cash suspense items within your scope, and you will also respond to requests from various internaldepartments, particularly by email or by producing files.
