Street Smash Burgers is seeking an Area Manager to lead our Lisbon-area restaurants, drive KPIs, and ensure quality standards. You will oversee operations, coach store managers, and implement HQ initiatives across stores in the Lisbon region.

Ideal candidates possess strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and English proficiency. Travel across Lisbon-area stores is required; a valid B driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Area Manager / District Manager in restaurants or multi-site retail.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams.
• Strong results orientation and data analysis skills with advanced Excel and management software.
• Willingness to travel between stores in the Lisbon area with a valid license.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

The role

You’ll lead our restaurants in the Lisbon area, driving results, building strong store teams and making sure every burger meets the Street standard.

What You’ll Do

Who we’re looking for

Must-have

• Flexibility to travel frequently between stores in the Lisbon area, with a valid Category B driver’s license
• Professional working proficiency in English
