Job summary

Street Smash Burgers is seeking an Area Manager to lead our Lisbon-area restaurants, drive KPIs, and ensure quality standards. You will oversee operations, coach store managers, and implement HQ initiatives across stores in the Lisbon region.

Ideal candidates possess strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and English proficiency. Travel across Lisbon-area stores is required; a valid B driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Area Manager / District Manager in restaurants or multi-site retail.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams.
• Strong results orientation and data analysis skills with advanced Excel and management software.
• Willingness to travel between stores in the Lisbon area with a valid license.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability and growth across your area, using company KPIs.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing and shifts, and step into stores when issues arise.
• Train and coach Store Managers to apply company procedures consistently.
• Track store KPIs and build action plans to improve them.
• Review product quality and ensure HACCP and workplace-safety compliance.
• Hire Shift Managers, evaluate performance and lead corrective actions.
• Roll out HQ initiatives and report strategies and proposals to management.
