Mercor is seeking a skilled Arabic expert for a remote contract role. The position involves evaluating CX conversations with 10 test calls and 10 QA reviews, providing constructive feedback on conversation flow and user experience. Strong audio quality and independence are essential, with immediate start expected.

The contract compensates $16–$18 per hour and is estimated to require 1–2 hours in total. Candidates must be native Arabic speakers and able to place calls to EU, UK, or US numbers.

Qualificações

• Native Arabic speaker required.

Responsabilidades

• Complete 10 test calls with the CX agent, following prompts and scenarios.
• Conduct 10 QA reviews of calls assessing accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness.
• Provide clear written feedback on conversation flow and user experience.
• Work independently to ensure high-quality evaluations and feedback.
