Search Language Specialist: Arabic Speaker

Qualitest Group is looking for a talented Search Language Specialist: Arabic Speaker! Qualitest, the largest quality assurance company in the world, is recruiting for a project in partnership with one of the world’s largest tech providers. If you are a passionate tech‑savvy person with analytical, problem‑solving, communication and organizational skills, you’re the one we’re looking for!

Overview

You will be responsible for executing and auditing language‑specific data at high speed, ensuring that every piece of content meets strict quality standards. Beyond individual tasks, you will act as a collaborator and peer reviewer, providing feedback to the team and escalating complex linguistic nuances to leadership to ensure project consistency.

Responsibilities

• Execute project‑specific tasks such as reviewing and updating information, ensuring its accuracy and translating it.
• Provide natural native language expertise for a wide range of topic areas and help define software needs.
• Serve as expert “raters” for specific products, aiding engineers in improving the software.
• Analyze data, information and produce reports with findings.
• Work with Search Engineers for advanced algorithm development.
• Contribute to UI and product improvements and adjustments to the local languages.
• Write configuration documents for explanations.
• Collaborate with other language resources to address open questions and seek advice on complex problems, consulting the Team Lead when necessary.
• Maintain high‑quality standards without compromising velocity.
• Review work done by other language‑specific resources, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality control on the data created.

Job Requirements

• Native or highly proficient Arabic speaker (highly familiar with the culture).
• High proficiency in English (Read/Write/Speak).
• Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills to seek advice and contribute to problem‑solving within the language team.
• Good communication skills, ability to solve problems, out‑of‑the‑box thinking, fast self‑learning abilities, responsible, autonomous and proactive.
• Basic triaging/troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working with tools and processes (Search Domain).
• Aptitude for multi‑tasking and ability to work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.
• Technical aptitude: Experience or proven capability in Quality Assurance (QA), technical support or technical analysis role.

Nice to Have

• Basic programming skills: foundational knowledge and practical experience with a common scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or SQL) for data manipulation or automation tasks.
• AI/ML familiarity: experience in or strong understanding of AI model evaluation, data annotation, and/or model training methodologies.
