Mercor is seeking native Arabic speakers for immediate CX agent testing of a conversational AI. You will place calls and perform QA reviews to assess the agent's performance under real scenarios.

This short engagement lasts 1–2 hours with immediate start. You should have data annotation experience, strong listening skills, and reliable audio quality for calling EU, UK, or US numbers. Remote work possible from Portugal.

Qualificações

• Native Arabic speaker with clear pronunciation and diction.
• Experience with data annotation workflows and guidelines.
• Ability to place calls with good audio quality to EU/UK/US numbers.

Responsabilidades

• Complete 10 test calls with the CX agent following provided prompts.
• Complete 10 QA reviews assessing accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness.
• Provide clear written feedback on conversation flow and user experience.
