Obsidian is seeking native Arabic speakers to join an immediate CX agent testing project. You will place calls and perform quality reviews of a conversational AI agent, following provided prompts and scenarios.

The role requires a native Arabic speaker with data annotation experience, the ability to call EU/UK/US numbers with clear audio, and availability to start immediately. The engagement runs 1–2 hours and includes 10 test calls plus 10 QA reviews; you will deliver concise feedback on flow

Qualificações

• Native Arabic speaker required.
• Prior data annotation experience preferred.
• Able to place calls to EU/UK/US numbers.

Responsabilidades

• Complete 10 test calls with the CX agent, following prompts and scenarios.
• Complete 10 QA reviews of calls, assessing accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness.
• Provide clear written feedback on conversation flow and user experience.
