Job summary

Kantar in Portugal is hiring for an AR Manager within the Quote to Cash function. You will lead the 3rd party collections team, ensure policy and SLA compliance, and drive cash flow improvements across stakeholder groups.

The role requires a degree in a relevant field, fluent English, and proven leadership. It is a hybrid role with time split between office and remote work, across time zones during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Detailed understanding of the customer-to-cash process and collections.
• Fluent English and strong leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of the 3rd party Collections team.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and SLAs.
• Guide stakeholders to resolve collection issues and disputes.
• Maximize cash flow, reduce overdue payments and bad debts.
• Lead and develop the Q2C - Credit and Collections Analyst team.
