Europcar Mobility Group is seeking an AR Collections Clerk in a hybrid role based in Lisbon. You will manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, maximizing collections while maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include reconciliations, dispute resolution, risk assessment, and proactive cash recovery to meet targets. Fluency in English and Portuguese is preferred; strong Excel skills and AR experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Finance or business degree or current study in related field.
• Experience in AR or collections and dispute resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication across internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively manage a portfolio of customer accounts to maximise collections.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, and Credit to resolve payment delays.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare customer statements and collection communications.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities in systems.
• Identify credit risks and escalate as needed.
