Job summary

Kantar is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the Q2C process across markets, focusing on billing accuracy, collections discipline, and cash optimization. You will coordinate with finance and local teams, guide stakeholders, and drive global rebate processes.

Flexible hybrid work is offered, with time split between the office and remote work as needed. The role requires a degree in management or accounting, strong English, and proven leadership of large teams through transformation

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in management, accounting, or business administration.
• Solid understanding of billing, collections, cash flow and customer-account reconciliation.
• Experience with large and complex customer accounts and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key Quote-to-Cash activities across markets with focus on billing and collections.
• Lead a team of Q2C - Credit and Collections Analysts and develop the function.
• Guide business stakeholders to resolve disputes and unlock collection issues.
• Ensure efficient collections, maximize cash flow and reduce bad debt.
• Coordinate rebate calculations for global clients and review contracts.
• Monitor CPIs and KPIs and supervise timely application of payments.
• Support cash forecasting and coordinate with accounting for reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
