Job summary

Qualifications

• A degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration or an equivalent discipline.
• Experience in credit control, collections or risk management processes.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work with financial data.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Collections Manager in monitoring third‑party collections performance against service levels and policies.
• Analyzing customer accounts, ageing reports and performance indicators to identify risks and trends.
• Working with internal teams and external partners to resolve disputes and prevent recurring issues.
• Providing accurate data and insights to support risk assessment, provisioning and audits.
• Building effective relationships with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business.
