You will contact customers, issue payment commitments, maintain records, and support credit changes. Fluent English and German are required to succeed in this role within a dynamic global team.

Qualificações

• AR or Collections background is a plus.
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft tools (Excel required).
• Experience with Oracle Financial Applications is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Stratify collection activities to maximize cash receipts.
• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payment.
• Issue payment commitment letters and credit hold notifications.
• Coordinate customer credit changes and process small claims court filings.
• Maintain accurate records about customer payment status.
