Europcar Mobility Group is looking for a collection clerk to drive the recovery of overdue funds and manage customer accounts. You will stratify activities to maximize cash receipts, contact customers to identify non-payments, and issue payment commitments and credit holds.

The role requires a high school diploma, AR/collections experience, and proficiency with Google/Microsoft tools, especially Excel. Oracle knowledge is a plus, with strong written and verbal communication and bilingual

Qualificações

• AR or collections skills and background are an asset.
• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Strong knowledge of Google and Microsoft tools; Excel required.
• Experience with Oracle Financial Applications is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in English and German or French.

Responsabilidades

• Stratify collection activities to maximize cash receipts
• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payment
• Issue payment commitment letters
• Issue credit hold notifications
• Coordinate customer credit changes
• Process small claims court complaints
• Maintain accurate records about the customer payment status
