• Experience on Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience using ticketing tools for incident management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive mindset in dynamic environments.

Your responsibilities include:

• Provide application support, troubleshooting incidents and service requests;
  
• Monitor and maintain business applications, ensuring high availability and performance;
  
• Analyze and resolve issues related to databases, integrations, and application workflows;
  
• Execute and optimize SQL queries and scripts to support application maintenance and troubleshooting;
  
• Support environments running on Windows and Linux operating systems;
  
• Work with MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server databases, ensuring data integrity and performance;
  
• Use ticketing tools to manage incidents, service requests, and escalations according to defined SLAs;
  
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to identify root causes and implement solutions;
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures;
  
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application support processes.
  

You must have:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
  
• Around 3 years of experience in Application Support roles;
  
• Solid experience working with MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server databases;
  
• At least 1 year of experience creating and executing SQL scripts and queries;
  
• At least 1 year of experience with Java, Python, or Shell scripting/programming;
  
• At least 1 year of experience working with Windows and Linux environments;
  
• At least 1 year of experience using ticketing tools for incident and request management;
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  
• Good communication and teamwork abilities;
  
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in dynamic environments.
  

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices;
  
• Experience with application monitoring tools;
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
