Decskill, part of the Astek Group, is growing its IT services team across Lisbon, Porto and Madrid. We seek candidates for 2nd level Application Support and Helpdesk roles. English is required, German is a plus, and experience with HR systems or PKI is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 2nd level application support and helpdesk assistance.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Maintain awareness of PKI/certificate related tasks when required.
• Utilize ticketing tools to manage and track issues through resolution.
