Responsabilidades

• Implement custom configurations based on Line of Business (LoB) requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to team deliveries and business applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug flows related to WCC, PCRME, and Order Management (OM+).
• Analyze logs to identify and document root causes of incidents (RCA).
• Maintain and troubleshoot integrations across systems (GitLab, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipelines).
• Resolve technical issues affecting components such as OM+, Web Center Content, and PCRME.
• Develop or maintain automation and tooling scripts.
• Validate configuration changes and support production deployments.
• Provide RCA documentation to prevent future incidents.
• Contribute to team knowledge base with up-to-date technical documentation.
