Qualifications

• Graduação em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação ou área relacionada.
• Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em Suporte a Aplicações, Integração de Sistemas ou Desenvolvimento de Software.
• Fortes competências em .NET/C#, REST APIs, SQL e SQL Server.
• Experiência em gestão de incidentes, análise de causas raiz e resolução em produção.

Descrição da Função

Noesis is looking for professionals whith the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Support and evolve critical business applications, ensuring system stability, integration reliability, and continuous service improvement.


• Manage and analyse incidents, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), conducting root cause analysis, and implementing permanent solutions.


• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, simplify processes, and ensure effective knowledge transfer and documentation.

Profile:

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Application Support, Systems Integration, or Software Development.


• Strong experience with .NET / C#, REST APIs, system integrations, SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.


• Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution in production environments, including Azure DevOps and log analysis.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.


• Experience with Oracle Database / PL-SQL or Linux environments and shell scripting (Plus).
