Caixa Mágica Software is seeking an Application Product Support specialist to provide application support within the Securities Services area for Payment Processing under Germany scope.

You will support the business IT needs, maintain shift coverage, handle tickets and emails, document issues, train colleagues, and look for automation opportunities using scripting and DevOps practices. Fluent English required.

Qualificações

• Good knowledge of scripting languages, networking, Windows and Linux environments.
• Unix knowledge is a plus.
• Oracle SQL knowledge is mandatory.
• ITIL understanding is a plus.
• Ansible / DevOps familiarity.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the business in their IT needs and understand the business workflows and scenarios.
• Maintaining proper coverage in their designated shift.
• Voluntarily picking up work and tasks as received over email, tickets or in person.
• Provide updates on the issue/task/project to business, team members and other project teams.
• Document and train other team members.
• Shadow other team members and seek to learn to improve day to day coverage of the platforms.
• Share knowledge within the team and document issues/incidents for better follow-up.
• Improve day-to-day tasks by writing scripts and automating procedure oriented tasks.
• Understand the underlying issue and the associated patch fix/release and identify systemic issues.
• Availability to work during Holidays / Weekends as per pre-defined needs and on a rotational basis with the rest of the team.
