Aubay Portugal is looking for an experienced Application Support professional to join our 24x7 operations in Lisbon. You will monitor critical systems using Dynatrace and TBSM, diagnose incidents, and coordinate resolution with Jira and Control-M.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Application Support in 24x7 environments.

• Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory.

Job description

What will you do?

• Actively monitor and analyze critical systems, applications, and services using Dynatrace and TBSM.
• Correlate events, assess their business impact, and perform initial diagnosis, resolving or escalating incidents as required.
• Analyze system logs, alerts, and performance metrics to ensure operational stability and identify potential issues.
• Manage and track incidents efficiently using ticketing tools, such as Jira.
• Verify and execute actions within batch processes leveraging Control-M.
• Operate within a 24x7 shift regime, including 3 days on-site and 1 remote day, followed by 2 days off.
