Aubay Portugal is seeking a DevOps/IT Operations professional to manage Linux/Windows servers, operate Kubernetes clusters, and support databases and messaging systems. The role emphasizes automation, monitoring, and documentation within Aubay's collaborative, international environment.

The candidate should have 5+ years in production Linux/Windows administration, strong Kubernetes experience, and solid knowledge of monitoring tools, with English proficiency required.

What will you do?

• Manage and maintain Linux and Windows servers, including OS upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management;
• Operate and improve Kubernetes clusters, covering upgrades, migrations, and monitoring;
• Support and operate messaging platforms (RabbitMQ) and various databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Redis);
• Enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic;
• Contribute to the automation of operational tasks and improve documentation, including runbooks and SOPs.
