Job summary

A Aubay Portugal procura um profissional de Observabilidade para fortalecer as plataformas de monitorização existentes, com foco em Dynatrace e outras ferramentas ao seu dispor.

Em Lisboa, irá desenhar dashboards, definir alarmes, realizar RCA de incidentes e colaborar com equipas de desenvolvimento e operações, em regime híbrido (3 dias/semana).

Qualifications

• Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em Application Support, Monitoring e Observability.
• Experiência comprovada a administrar e configurar Dynatrace.
• Conhecimento de outras ferramentas de monitorização como PRTG, Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus e Azure Monitor.
• Experiência a implementar soluções de monitorização e a integrar diferentes fontes de dados.
• Fluência em Português e Inglês.
• Alinhamento com a cultura corporativa e integridade valorizados.
• Foco no cliente, trabalho em equipa, restrição de prioridades e dedicação diária são apreciados.

Responsibilities

• Administrar, configurar e evoluir plataformas de monitorização e observabilidade da organização.
• Implementar estratégias de monitorização ponta-a-ponta para aplicações, infraestruturas, serviços e componentes de rede.
• Desenvolver dashboards operacionais, executivos e técnicos adaptados a necessidades de negócio e operações.
• Definir e otimizar alarmes, thresholds e mecanismos de deteção precoce de falhas.
• Realizar análise de desempenho, capacidade e disponibilidade de serviços, incluindo RCA de incidentes.

What will you do?

• Administer, configure, and evolve the organization's monitoring and observability platforms.
• Implement end-to-end monitoring strategies for applications, infrastructure, services, and network components.
• Develop operational, executive, and technical dashboards tailored to business and operational needs.
• Define and optimize alarming, thresholds, and early failure detection mechanisms.
• Perform performance, capacity, and service availability analysis, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Application Support, Monitoring and Observability;
• Proven experience in administering and configuring Dynatrace;
• Knowledge of other monitoring tools, such as PRTG, Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus and Azure Monitor;
• Experience implementing monitoring solutions and integrating different data sources;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English;
