Axians Portugal is seeking an Application Production Support Engineer to join an international project in the financial services sector. The role focuses on stability, availability, and performance of critical applications, collaborating with business and technical teams to troubleshoot incidents and automate processes.

Daily duties include shift coverage, communication with project teams, scripting for automation, and knowledge sharing to improve platform reliability across Windows and Linux

Qualificações

• Previous experience in Application Support, Production Support, or similar technical support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL.
• Experience working with Windows and Linux environments.
• Knowledge of scripting languages for automation and operational improvements.
• Understanding of application monitoring and incident management processes.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management is a plus.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the business in IT needs and understand workflows.
• Maintain proper coverage in the designated shift.
• Respond to inquiries via email, tickets, or in person.
• Provide updates on issues, tasks, and projects to stakeholders.
• Document and train other team members.
