Axians Portugal is seeking an experienced Production Support professional to maintain reliable, compliant applications within an international IT environment. You will manage incidents, changes, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring performance, availability, and service continuity across the supported scope.

You will work with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud technologies, and MQSeries, providing Level 1–2 support, documenting procedures, and collaborating with global teams to deliver

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Production Support environments.
• Experience managing incidents, problems, and change requests.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
• Expert-level Cloud technologies skills.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of French is considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incidents, problems, root-cause analyses, and remediation actions.
• Ensure application operations, performance, availability, and service continuity.
• Prepare, assess, implement, and monitor application changes.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 functional and technical support.
• Maintain procedures, documentation, audit deliverables, and regular reporting.
• Drive optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
