Nordex Group is seeking a ServiceNow specialist to own and continuously improve our ServiceNow platform. You will manage backlog, analyze requirements for new workflows, and steer related projects with Change & Release Management.

You will monitor integrations to IT services like SAP and provide 2nd level support while coordinating external teams. You will maintain close relationships with key business users, develop training materials, and push continuous knowledge growth of ServiceNow

Qualificações

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of ServiceNow experience incl. ITSM/ITOM/CSM.
• Strong understanding of integrations, ServiceNow architecture and governance.
• Ability to translate business needs into stable, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Proactive ownership and collaboration with international colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Ownership and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform across IT and business processes.
• Backlog management and requirements analysis for new ServiceNow workflows; project prep and implementation.
• Steering ServiceNow projects; Change & Release Management.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance integrations to other IT services (e.g., SAP).
• Provide 2nd level support and coordinate external teams.
• Maintain relationships with business users and stakeholders.
• Develop user training concepts and documentation.
• Pursue continuous knowledge improvement of ServiceNow technologies and best practices.

YOUR TASKS

• Ownership and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform (supporting business and IT processes)
• Backlog management and requirements analysis for new ServiceNow workflows, project preparation & implementation
• Steering of ServiceNow related projects as well as Change & Release Management
• Monitoring, troubleshooting and enhancement of integrations to other IT services, e.g. SAP
• 2nd Level support of the platform and coordination of external support and development teams
• Maintaining a close relationship with our business key users and stakeholders
• Development of user training concepts and documentation
• Continuous knowledge improvement of ServiceNow related technology, standards, and best practices;

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, or other equivalent education.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience with ServiceNow, ideally covering ITSM, ITOM and CSM.
• Good understanding of integrations, ServiceNow architecture, release management, and platform governance.
• You understand how business needs translate into ServiceNow solutions and can balance stability, user needs, and continuous improvements.
• You enjoy taking ownership, driving topics forward and making sure things get delivered.
• Knowledge of support processes (ITIL).
• You're proactive and equally comfortable discussing technical topics with experts and business requirements with key.
• Good English skills. We're not expecting Shakespeare, but you should feel comfortable leading meetings, challenge ideas and collaborating with international colleagues.

Nice To Have

• Experience managing applications, releases, and stakeholders in a global enterprise environment.
• CMDB/CSDM, OTSM, HSE awareness.
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban knowledge.
