Nordex SE is seeking a ServiceNow specialist in Porto, Portugal to own and continuously improve the ServiceNow platform, supporting IT and business processes across teams. You will manage backlogs, drive new workflows, and steer related projects, including change and release management, while coordinating with global stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5 years of ServiceNow experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously improve the ServiceNow platform for IT and business processes.
• Manage backlog and analyze requirements for new ServiceNow workflows and project prep.
• Lead ServiceNow related projects including change and release management.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance integrations to IT services (e.g., SAP).
• Provide 2nd level support and coordinate external teams.
• Maintain relationships with business users and stakeholders.
• Develop user training concepts and documentation.
• Continuously improve knowledge of ServiceNow technologies and best practices.

YOUR TASKS

• Ownership and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform (supporting business and IT processes)
• Backlog management and requirements analysis for new ServiceNow workflows, project preparation & implementation
• Steering of ServiceNow related projects as well as Change & Release Management
• Monitoring, troubleshooting and enhancement of integrations to other IT services, e.g. SAP
• 2nd Level support of the platform and coordination of external support and development teams
• Maintaining a close relationship with our business key users and stakeholders
• Development of user training concepts and documentation
• Continuous knowledge improvement of ServiceNow related technology, standards, and best practices;

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, or other equivalent education.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience with ServiceNow, ideally covering ITSM, ITOM and CSM.
• Good understanding of integrations, ServiceNow architecture, release management, and platform governance.
• You understand how business needs translate into ServiceNow solutions and can balance stability, user needs, and continuous improvements.
• You enjoy taking ownership, driving topics forward and making sure things get delivered.
• Knowledge of support processes (ITIL).
• You're proactive and equally comfortable discussing technical topics with experts and business requirements with key.
• Good English skills. We're not expecting Shakespeare, but you should feel comfortable leading meetings, challenge ideas and collaborating with international colleagues.
