Vestas, based in Lisbon, offers a hybrid Contract Management MED role focused on operational leadership, service delivery excellence and end-to-end contract operations.

You will oversee the lifecycle across case management, SAP and Salesforce, drive SLA adherence, and lead a small team with onboarding and capability development. Fluency in English and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Qualificações

• Graduate or post graduate degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in related commercial operations or contract management.
• 1-2 years of leading teams or supervising operational processes.
• Experience in customer-facing roles or cross-functional coordination is valued.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, Ariba or similar platforms.

• Maintain governance, compliance and documentation for contracts, amendments, renewals and audits.

Contract Management for MED - Operational leadership, service delivery excellence, team management & end to end contract operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete contract lifecycle operations across case management, shared mailboxes, SAP & Salesforce workflows
• Ensure timely handling of tickets, emails, follow ups, escalations, and closure of cases in alignment with SLAs
• Lead day to day team operations including workload allocation, queue monitoring, backlog management, and first time right quality review
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and other cross functional teams to resolve queries, exceptions, and documentation gaps
• Advance excellence initiatives by standardizing processes, improving accuracy, and optimizing turnaround times
• Maintain governance, compliance, and documentation standards for contract creation, amendments, renewals, terminations, and audit readiness
• Ensure new team member readiness by coordinating comprehensive onboarding, skill ramp up, process training, and ongoing capability assessment to enable smooth integration and productivity
• Conduct regular performance reviews, skill development, and training to build team capability and process effectiveness
• Act as the escalation point for complex contract issues, customer specific requirements, and cross team coordination challenges
• Ensure all cases are logged, tracked, and reported accurately with close attention to data quality, metrics visibility, and operational transparency
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly dashboards on SLA performance, case volumes, backlog status, quality metrics, and continuous improvement progress
• Support audit activities, RCA investigations, and risk mitigation actions for process gaps and compliance deviations

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post graduate degree in Business, Commerce, or related field with 5+ years of experience with relation to commercial operations will be valued
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience leading teams or supervising operational processes
• Experience in customer facing roles or cross functional coordination will be valuable
• Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Ariba, or similar platforms will be also valuable
• Fluency in English
• Positive mindset and team leading behaviors are expected
• Ability to manage end to end contract processes and moderate complexity cases with minimal supervision
• Good structured, coordination, and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in using SAP, Salesforce and case management (functional level)
• High accuracy and attention to detail in contract review and documentation
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across cross functional teams
• Effective team leadership skills with ability to guide, coach, and support team members
