Mercier Consultancy Group is hiring an Albanian Speaking Customer Service Agent to join the on-site team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role focuses on delivering high-quality support to Albanian-speaking customers across multiple channels, with full training provided and ambitious performance targets.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Albanian required.
• Valid EU passport.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Experience in customer support is beneficial but training is provided.
• Strong communication and empathy, able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support to Albanian-speaking clients via phone, email and chat.
• Identify needs, troubleshoot issues, and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM and ensure data protection compliance.
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams and follow up with customers.
• Aim to meet KPIs including CSAT, response times, and first-contact resolution.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and procedures to assist customers accurately.
