Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport or a valid Bulgarian work permit.
• English required for internal communications.
• Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for French-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve inquiries with accuracy and empathy, maintaining CRM records.
• Collaborate with international team to troubleshoot issues and identify process improvements.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate support.
• Aim to exceed quality and performance targets for customer satisfaction.
• Support relocation process for candidates relocating to Bulgaria.
• Work on-site at the Sofia facility.
